Terms & Booking Conditions

To confirm your reservation, please book directly on our 100% secure online booking system:

• 30% Deposit: Paid upon booking by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, or holiday vouchers.
• Card Verification: Bank details are automatically verified through our secure payment gateway.
• Foreign checks: Non-French bank checks cannot be accepted (or returned upon departure against cash settlement).

In accordance with French law (Article 1590 of the Civil Code), our direct cancellation terms are transparent and fair:

Given the boutique size of our residence (5 private guest rooms), late cancellations or early departures cause substantial prejudice. Early departures during a stay remain fully payable.

• Check-in windows: We personally welcome you every day from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
• Flexible arrivals: Arrival outside these hours is possible upon prior request by email and owner confirmation.
• Estimated arrival time: Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance by email at [email protected].
• Check-out time: Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am to ensure thorough cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
• Luggage storage: You are welcome to leave your luggage in our office on departure day to enjoy your last stroll in Bayeux.

• Complimentary Gourmet Breakfast: All rates are per room per night for 2 guests with full breakfast included. Served daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 am in our historic salons.
• Day Excursion Picnic Basket (€10 / person): Freshly prepared on request for your day trips along the D-Day beaches or Norman countryside.
• Motorcycles & Bicycles: Free secure parking inside our enclosed courtyard.
• House Policy: The entire property is strictly non-smoking. For hygiene and peacefulness, pets are not allowed.
